Interesting - this bike has not turned up on our Craigslist search. I went directly to Craigslist and tried to search for it manually. Couldn't find it at first. Kept pfutzing around with search parameters, and finally it came up. I think the seller does stuff like answering the listing question "Make/Model:" with "Sportster", instead of "Harley Sportster" or "Harley-Davidson Sportster" or somesuch that makes it hard to find.

Our Craigslist search runs 7 days a week, and apparently it has the same difficulty as I do when searching manually. Like father like son? No, I think there's something strange going on...

Don't know how to send a link ? Go to Mass and then go to Western mass. Then scroll till you see it, it was updated yesterday so it wont be to far down the page. 1951 3 wheeler is there also for sale.

Why? Some parts of CL's searching ability uses the Posting Title. Other parts use the Posting Details. So it's important to fill in the "model year", and "make and model" consistently.

I'd suggest: 1969 Harley Sportster XLCH WOW 12K original miles

Your posting details should be:
Model Year: 1969
Make and Model: Harley Sportster XLCH

Do it that way and searches will display your items and bring buyers to your doorstep.
