Sean, Based on the original Harley part #'s found on John Pierce's site Rio Blue and Atomic Blue are the same (9860-V).
My 55 is Atomic Blue. I used the cross reference site in the technical section and came up with Pepsi fleet color which Body Shop Supply in Madison, Wi.
was able to mix in Centari (March of 17). Here's that code. My bike's in the gallery.

That's about all I know about it Mutt, I'm not a painter.
Paintref.com calls 63189 lite blue for 51 and 52. That cross's with the Pepsi fleet # so I'd bet that's the # I gave my painter.
It's been awhile but I think I cross referenced it someplace else before I was comfortble with it
They don't list a blue for 55 or 56.
The 697944 appears to be circled in my scan but is actually a small sticker.
Both #'s appear the same way on the front of the label.
