Some K Model questions

Hello I just bought a 52 K model and I was wondering what oils I should use in the bike. Also it’s missing the kickstart pedal and I was wondering does anyone know where to find either an original or a retro? Thanks for any info

Greetings and congratulations! The Engine shares oil w Transmission. I always use Straight Weight old type oil. Chevron makes a good industrial 40 wt, light as I would go, to 50, 60, aircraft oils, etc up to straight 70. I still have some RevTech 70. The K engine is more like a transmission with so many gears in the system. The kicker pedal w Split Black Rubber #33175-16 and optional Solid Yellow Plastic #33177-16 are the same Part as from 1916. So many other Harleys used same, for sourcing info. Erik
