My HFT O-ring assortment says ... R24 219 1-5/16 ID, 1-9/16 OD , 1/8 band dia.. I remember I kept the major diameter of the grooves a little small to get a good seal around the fork tube. A little Super Lube synthetic grease helps them move and doesn't show up much on the tubes.

I'm recovering from a total knee replacement and just lost my mom at 93, so I've been away from things.
Anyway, I have some material on order and will knock out a couple sets of these in the next few weeks and come up with a price. You aren't the 1st one to ask so if I make more they cost less.

fork seals for a 1963 triumph 650 are the same as the 53-53 k seals

I seem to only find seals for 64 and later triumphs, will these work also or does it specifically need to be 63 Tri.

Just for fun I was looking through the JP Cycles catalog and those seals 69-72 XL FX for 33.5 mm forks are listed on page #240. Like Patrick said evidently the OD has to be cut down however to fit the lower leg on earlier models. Made by JAMES gaskets. Listed also are bushings. Erik K

found the 63 seals from baxter cycle,I ordered them and we shall see if they work,Ill let you know

The perfect solution is the seals for a 1963 Triumph,perfect fit $25.00 a set from baxter cycle
