Oil line compression ring, part # 63529-52

Hey guys,
Has anyone found a source for the metal compression rings that get crushed in the oil line fitting on the short rubber oil line on K's and early XL's & XLH's? The part number is 63529-52, and I can't seem to find a source for them. I haven't had any luck trying to reuse the originals because they are crushed on the rubber line and I can't get them off/ back on in the correct position.
I need to change the oil line on my 1960 XLH. What are you guys using?
Thanks,
Magneto Sportster
