Posted: Sat Feb 17, 2018 3:46 pmHas anyone compared a 5/8" OD brass compression sleeve to see if it would work? They typically have a taper on both ends. The taper on one end could be filed off. My local hardware doesn't stock them but they can be ordered online. Mark.
