The Craigslist Search Is History

This automated program checked 400+ Craigslist websites each and every day, looking for K-models and Sportsters for sale, and displaying them state-by-state on this website. The CL search has been chugging along for the last 7-1/2 years. We added a separate cellphone-friendly display in 2017.
But sadly, our Craigslist Seach is now history.
Recently (maybe March 1?) Craigslist changed the internal workings of their websites to require the use of Javascript, and this broke our automated system. Unfortunately, integrating a Javascript Engine into the Perl programming language is far beyond our technical capabilities (and it's far beyond almost everybody's).
A tradition in the newspaper world was to mourn the passing of a newspaper, or long-time editor or columnist with the Latin language version of "Thus Passes a Wonder of the World". This tradition has not been followed with the Internet media, except here.
