IIRC it's quite noticeable.
Likewise, the rod notch in the KH cylinder goes right up into the top of the base flange.

If you decide it's a bit more than you need right now, it's worth a lot more in pieces than as a package deal.
The better you can identify the parts, not only as to identity but also wear and damage, the price goes up.
In good shape, I've seen individual cams go for $75 each, bare cylinders for over $500 each.
