Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, I just hate to see someone going forward on a project of dubious legality.
The giveaway was the -72 stamp on the cylinder base flange: can't be anything but 1000cc XL cylinders.
Many of the engine parts have good sale value even w/o the cases: flywheels, cylinders, cams, cam cover, oil pump, entire trap door and gears, clutch, engine sprocket, assembled rocker boxes with internals. There are lots of 1957-76 XL that have worn, missing, incorrect basket cases and need that stuff. Others here can suggest some prices?
I hate to offer dangerous advice, but the title is still worth something, there are even people who collect them. What use is made of it? Although sale of a title (without the bike) may violate local law, it's not my concern.
