56 KHK advance cable routing?

1956 KHK.

I am slowly getting the bike done and ready to ride. When I bought the bike the left handlebar did not have the spiral parts or advance cable. So, I bought what I needed and now need to install everything correctly. I finally got the advance cable snaked through the left handlebar but I do not know how to route it and clamp it properly. Up until now, I have been starting the bike and manual twisting the timer, all done on the lift stand, but that is not practical or safe for riding on the road.

Does anyone have a picture that they can post or refer me to that shows where the clamps are supposed to be and what part numbers I need to order? I searched the forum and found where other folks asked the same basic question, but did not see any pictures posted.
